What do I get in the free trial?
After you sign up, try your receptionist free in the browser for 14 days, no card needed. The 14 days include up to 100 minutes of calls; after that, calls go to your backup.
What do I pay today?
When you choose a plan, you enter your payment details and pay $0 today: your Kesru number is ready right away, and the first charge is on day 15. Cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing, and the number is released.
How are minutes counted?
Each call counts from when it connects until it ends, rounded up to the full minute per call, including calls your receptionist transfers to you or your team, and calls your staff pick up with Who answers first. Premium voices use minutes faster, and spam calls don't count. Calls you answer on your own number that never reach Kesru cost nothing.
What if I need more minutes than my plan has?
Extra minutes are off unless you turn them on. Without them, calls go to your backup when your minutes run out, until they renew. With them, Kesru keeps answering, and each extra minute costs $0.196 on Professional, $0.149 on Scale and $0.1196 on Growth.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Minutes renew every month, also on annual plans; unused minutes expire.
Do yearly plans cost less?
Yes. Yearly plans include 2 months free: you pay ten monthly prices for twelve months.
Can I cancel?
Cancel renewal anytime in your billing portal. Monthly plans run for one month; yearly plans are prepaid for one year and include two months free. After you cancel, your plan ends with the period you paid for. Yearly plans also come with our 30-day promise: cancel under Billing in your Kesru account within 30 days after your first yearly payment, and your plan ends right away with a prorated refund of the plan fee.
