Plans and your free trial

Your free trial

Your workspace starts with a free trial. Before you choose a plan, set up your agent and talk to it in your browser. Billing shows when your free trial ends.

To take calls on a phone number, choose a plan. If you choose one during your free trial, Billing shows Your plan starts on with the date of your first payment. Until then, calls use the minutes included in the trial. When they're used up, Kesru stops answering calls until your plan starts.

Choose a plan

1. In your dashboard, open Billing and choose Get a phone number.

   

2. Choose an area code, then Pay Monthly or Pay Annually and your plan, and check out with your card and billing address. Each step is in Get your Kesru number.

   

• Every plan comes with monthly minutes and a limit for calls at once. Our pricing lists what each plan includes.
• Your included minutes renew every month, also with Pay Annually. Minutes you don't use don't carry over.
• For more minutes or calls at once than the plans offer, choose Contact us on Enterprise.

Change your plan

1. In your dashboard, open Billing and choose Change plan.

   

2. Choose Switch plan under the plan you want. Your current plan shows Current plan.

   

• A bigger plan applies right away. For the days left in your billing period, you pay the difference.
• A switch from monthly to annual billing also applies right away, and your first year starts that day. The unused part of your current month is credited.
• A smaller plan, or a switch from annual to monthly billing, applies when your plan renews. Until then, you keep your current plan.
• If you pick a bigger plan and monthly instead of annual billing, the bigger plan applies right away. Monthly billing starts when your plan renews.
• Until then, Billing shows what changes and the date. Changed your mind? Choose Undo downgrade, or Undo change if only your billing changes, and your current plan stays.
• Canceled your subscription? Renew it first, then you can change your plan. See Cancel your plan.
