How can we help?
Step-by-step guides for setting up Kesru in your dashboard.
Phone numbers
Get your Kesru number and forward the number your customers know.
- Get your Kesru numberYour agent answers calls on a Kesru number. You choose its area code, then your plan, and Kesru sets up the number after checkout.
- Forward your business numberYour customers keep calling the number they know. Kesru detects your carrier and shows you the codes to dial, with your Kesru number filled in.
Calendar
Connect your calendar and set what callers can book.
- Connect your calendarConnect the calendar you already use. Your agent offers open times from it, books appointments in it and can reschedule or cancel them.
- Set up appointment typesAppointment types are what callers can book, such as a 30-minute estimate. Your agent asks which one the caller needs and offers open times for it.
CRM and automations
Put every call into your CRM and send calls and chats on to Zapier, n8n or your own system.
